The anaphase 10
reconstruction of a 42 micron wide by 28 micron high by
21 micron deep volume of
the syncytial blastoderm of a Drosophila embryo
fixed in anaphase of mitotic
cycle 10. This reconstruction was made before we realized
that the amount of F-actin
waxed and waned with the mitotic cycle, and we artificially
boosted the brightness of
the F-actin label.
