Info for presenters.

Speakers: You will have 10 minutes for your talk. We will provide both Macintosh and PC computers, and assistants will be available before each session to help you load your talks onto these computers. Please plan on showing up at least a half hour before your session to do this so that things go smoothly.

Poster presenters: Poster sessions will be held in the FHL Commons each evening. You will receive your assignment to one of the three evening sessions by email. Please plan on setting up your poster during the afternoon before the beginning of your evening session (or when you arrive if you are presenting on the first night). Please take down your poster by the end of the morning after your session. The dimensions of the poster board frame supports are: 41" H x 45" W. Individual poster boards are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
